Tell your mom, tell someone that actually has power over this. Tell your mom then report him, I think the reason you don't want to tell anyone else is because that you actually believe him. He isn't a good father, and I'm sorry you have to deal with him but tell SOMEONE that can actually help you. Yahooanswers can only go so far.
