Why does he say/do all these things to me?

I just met up with my ex boyfriend and we drove to this place where we got in the back. I touched something on his car seat n he goes don't do that so he took my hands and held them back then tried to k*ss me. He was like being really rough with me, then i did something and he goes alright sl*g n at one point he was gonna say sl*g again but he said love. He kept saying i had quite small t*ts n stuff n saying "I love you" when he obviously doesn't i felt like crying but i didn't. Then when he took me back in his car he was like can you get out so i can go please then made up he had got a text n had to go, when i got out he sped off so quickly. Now i'm really upset, i felt so sick when he was taking me home. This isn't the first time i have met him last time he asked me to get out so he could talk to me through the window and then he drove off.
