Distance running tips please?
Im a sophemore now and I just started cross country and i regret not doing it in freshman year. Im running in our school's "beginner" pace which is 3 miles a day 20 miles a week. I want to get in top JV next year which is 40 miles a week and the top 20 runners and then senior year i hopefully want to make varsity which is 60 miles a week and the top 7. If I run almost every day the next 3 years can i make my goal. also I want some tips because Evry time I run I stop to walk at 2 and 1/2 miles. Im trying to complete all my running without stopping are there any tips you can give me
