Do i need to see an ortho?

Hi i done made a question do i need braces but i have my 2 middle teeth like stick out ans turn behind the others i also have fang s and gaps its hard 2 brush and floss so please help evry answer helps and before u say ask ask a dentist let me tell u can i h ask my dentist 2 plz see an ortho plz help and i am 12
