Does my lip piercing sound infected?

Alright, I got my lip pierced saturday. It didn't really hurt much and redness around the wound was pretty minimal. Originally I was using H2ocean to clean the inside of it, because a friend of mine used it to clean her lip piercing with it when she got it done. I was also using the same stuff Claire's gave me when I got my ears pierced a few years ago (I now realize that this was probably a bad idea). Now the redness of my piercing hasn't really gone down and in fact over the past two days it seems a little redder. the small area around my lip piercing also seems a little puffier (nothing extreme). The pain isn't bad, just a little sore but it seems to have gotten a little worse when I move my lip ring. I do play with it a lot which I know can't be helping. A few people have told me it looks like the beginning of an infection so I called my piercer who told me to change my cleaning of lip ring to using dial soap, biotine, gly oxide and listerine and come see him in a week if there was no chance. I was beginning to calm down about having an infection ( but I'm guessing there's a good bit of swelling because now my lip ring is now beginning to press on my lip and create an indent in it. Is this really bad? What should I do? Im going out of my mind
