How to dress better and cuter?

Ok si im 14 soon to be 15 i dont really think i have alot of cute cloths i hate most of it ok so i wear alot of skinny jeans but since im a little chubby its kind of hard to find some that dnt make my stomach pop out hut they fit nice u know yea um shirts i really dislike most of thm cuz i think they r to childish i havent gone shopping for a while so ive had to use wat ive got for now... But i will be shopping soon so i need some advice im very girly i love purples and blues blacks almost evry color and they all look good on me cuz im not really dark right now im just tan so i really need some help im going to be a sophmore in hs so i really want to change my look from that little girl to u know yea more mature young lady look so any advice on where to buy cute but cheap cloths and shoes would be good any links would be nice to so yea thanks alot (: oh And also if you could include like wat outfits would look best that would be cool to i use a black bag for school so it goes good with anything once again thanks (:
