Need help finding the mRNA sequence!?

I assume you want to convert the protein sequence you gave into mRNA. There are a number of online bioinformatic tools which will do this. But most require the single letter aberration for proteins (WKGSVRPS). The Wikipedia link has this info. The other link will do the conversion to mRNA.
