Weak dehydrated kitten? :( help..?

my kitten seems to be dehydrated.. she's too thin and don't want to eat.. she just wants her mothers milk.. but the problem is her mother doesnt want to feed her.. her mother keeps on pushing her away evry time my kitten tries to get close to her mother and drink her mother's milk. also her stools are loose yellow :(( i dont know alternatives to do since i cant go to a vet.. please tell me some ways on how i can help my poor kitten :(
