Your cavities will eventually rot your teeth and the bacteria caused from the rotting teeth can lead to stroke or death. Seriously. As for the dentist finding out you use drugs (your English grammar on this question leads to me believing you are currently high) yes, the dentist will see signs of drug use and can in fact report it to your parents if you are under age.
